What keeps a r/s strong is trust, communication, intimacy, a sense of humor, sharing tasks, daily exchanges, sharing common goals and interests, giving each other space to grow without feeling insecure, giving each other a of sense belonging and assurances of commitment, and care and concern for your lover in your own ways.
If these qualities are missing , the r/s will erode as resentment withdrawal, abuse, neglect and dishonesty; and pain will replace.

I have post-it(s) all over my walls to sort out my notes (took me an hr),
1st cup of tea for tnight (had 3 last night),
& tried to revive my blop lamp, which i havnt switch on for years, as motivation to study (& i dnt knw if it's gna work).
shocked cos i slept at 6a.m. n woke at 4p.m.

been wanting my golden tan bck but to think,
black (not exactly black) hair blends btr with fair skin tone.
cruise was all i could think of to celebr8 me love's 1st anniversary.
crazy thoughts of bungee jumping/cliff diving (so new moon...)/hot air ballon-ing
with tight pockets, mission impossible.

luckily ive chris to accompany me at this hr.
